The Republic has mandated Goldman Sachs, Citigroup, and Itau as joint bookrunners to arrange a series of international and local investor calls starting Monday, July 27th, 2026.

An offering of reopening intermediate-maturity SEC-registered global sovereign bonds denominated in UYU and/or USD may follow, subject to market conditions. Any potential transaction could include a liability management exercise targeting the Republic's outstanding global UYU and/or CPI-Linked bonds, as well as Domestic Treasury Notes and Central Bank Monetary Regulation Bills.
